Our Dispositions Strategy

All dispositions are managed in-house at FPA. Assets are listed with brokers after a thorough Request For Proposal (RFP) process to determine the most appropriate firm relative to the specific property type and location.

Once the assignment is awarded, FPA actively negotiates and collaborates with buyers throughout the process up until closing.

Disposition Pipeline

Our brokerage network is integral to our disposition strategy. We maintain strong relationships with brokers who bring extensive market knowledge and qualified buyers to our properties. Our current pipeline includes properties under contract as well as premium assets actively being marketed to our broad network of qualified buyers.
